    That Council move into Closed Session:

    a) To consider a time sensitive matter during the Closed Session portion of the meeting matters relating to: personal matters about identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and to the receiving of advice that is solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose pertaining to a contract for services; (Section 239(2)(b) and (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001).
