PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Accessibility Advisory Committee meetings will be held in a hybrid meeting format at this time. The public can observe meetings of Council and Committees by attending in-person or by viewing the livestream of the open session part of these meetings which can be accessed on the City’s website (Richmondhill.ca) or on the City’s YouTube page (linked from the City’s homepage).

 

Public Comments: The public may submit written correspondence regarding agenda matters by email to [email protected]. Written correspondence must be submitted by 12 p.m. one business day before the meeting. Comments submitted will be provided to all Members of Council, considered as public information and noted in the public record.

 

Electronic Delegations: The public may apply to appear as an electronic delegation by video conference or by telephone. Applications to appear as an electronic delegation must be submitted by 12 p.m. one business day before the meeting by email to [email protected] or by using the on-line application form found on Richmondhill.ca. The Office of the Clerk will provide instructions on appearing as an electronic delegation.


  • a) That a member of the Accessibility Advisory Committee be elected as Chair for the remainder of the 2022 to 2026 Term of Council;

    b) That a member of the Accessibility Advisory Committee be elected as Vice-Chair for the remainder of the 2022 to 2026 Term of Council.

  • a) That the minutes of Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting AAC#02-22 held June 23, 2022, be adopted.

  • a) That the presentation by Natasha McLarty, Legislative and Special Projects Officer, regarding an orientation for Accessibility Advisory Committee members for the 2022 to 2026 Term of Office, be received.

- Presentation by Brian Inglis, Legislative and Special Projects Officer

  • a) That the presentation by Brian Inglis, Legislative and Special Projects Officer, regarding a Review of Richmond Hill's Draft 2023 - 2027 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, be received and all comments be referred back to staff.

  • a) That the 2023 meeting schedule for the Accessibility Advisory Committee be approved.
