    a) To consider matters related to the receiving of advice that is subject to: solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and related to litigation affecting the municipality before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Divisional Court, Court File Nos. 196/19 and 1230/20, The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill and the Integrity Commissioner of the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill - Notice of Application to Divisional Court for Judicial Review by Karen Cilevitz (Section 239(2)(f) and (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25).
