Due to efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to protect all individuals, City facilities will not be open to the public to attend Council and Committee meetings until further notice.

Resolution to Move Into Closed Session and General Nature Thereof:

That Council move into Closed Session:

a) To consider matters regarding the security of the property of the municipality or any local board, to discuss confidential staff report SRCM.20.17, pursuant to Section 239(2)(a) of the Municipal Act, 2001;

b) To consider matters regarding a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board, in Ward 1, pursuant to Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act, 2001;

c) To consider personal matters about identifiable individuals, including municipal or local board employees, with respect to the citizen appointment process for the Youth Action Committee pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001.
