  • a) To receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose with respect to correspondence from the Richmond Hill Public Library Board (Section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001); and

    b) To consider personal matters about identifiable individuals, including municipal or local board employees, with respect to the Richmond Hill Public Library Board Citizen Appointment Process for the remainder of the 2018 to 2022 Term of Council (Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001).
