Due to efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to protect all individuals, City facilities will not be open to the public to attend Council and Committee meetings until further notice.

Written Comments:  The public may submit written correspondence regarding agenda matters by email to [email protected]. Written correspondence must be submitted by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Comments submitted will be provided to all Members of Council, considered as public information and noted in the public record.

Electronic Delegations:  The public may apply to appear as an electronic delegation by videoconference or by telephone. Applications to appear as an electronic delegation must be submitted by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting by email to [email protected] or by using the on-line application form found on Richmondhill.ca. The Office of the Clerk will provide instructions on appearing as an electronic delegation.

SRPRS.20.107 - 2020 Heritage Grant Application - 26 Gormley Court

• Recommendation from Planning and Regulatory Services staff:

   

  a) That a Heritage Grant of $3,517, to a potential maximum of $5,000, be approved towards the cost of replacing windows in the Ontario Heritage Act Part V designated structure located at 26 Gormley Court, as outlined in staff report SRPRS.20.107.

Designation Sub-Committee - Verbal Update

- Follow-up regarding the discussion material distributed at the June 9, 2020 Heritage Richmond Hill meeting regarding changes to the Ontario Heritage Act and impact on the municipality;

- Presentation regarding Analytical Framework and an Introduction to a Part of that Framework - Key Aspects of More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019.

• a) That the discussion material distributed at the June 9, 2020 Heritage Richmond Hill meeting regarding changes to the Ontario Heritage Act and impact on the municipality, be received;

  b) That the presentation by the Designation Sub-Committee regarding an Analytical Framework and an Introduction to a Part of that Framework - Key Aspects of More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019, be received.
