SRCFS.19.005 - 2019 Operating Budget
 

David Dexter, Director, Financial Services and Treasurer, made a presentation to provide a status update on the 2019 draft Operating Budget. He reviewed 2018 investment income, growth data for Richmond Hill specific to population and number of households, infrastructure growth, and operating budget considerations. D. Dexter concluded the presentation by providing a financial outlook for the years 2020 to 2022.

    a) That the 2019 draft Operating Budget for the Richmond Hill Public Library Board be approved at an increase of 5.9% from the 2018 operating budget.

    a) That the 2019 draft Operating Budget for the Richmond Hill Public Library Board be approved at an increase of 3.87% from the 2018 operating budget to maintain the library service level.
