Therefore Be It Resolved that the City of Richmond Hill Council supports implementing a 35% municipal property tax rate discount for eligible new for purpose-built rental buildings distinct from other types of multi-residential dwellings to encourage additional purpose-built rental supply. And Therefore Be It Resolved that this resolution be forwarded to the Region of York and all of the lower-tier municipalities in the Region of York.15.2SRPBS.25.049 - Request for Approval - Revised Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Applications - Hall Street Development Corporation - 107 Hall Street - City Files OPA-23-0001 and ZBLA-23-0002 1.SRPBS.25.049 - Revised OPA and ZBA 107 Hall Street.pdf2.SRPBS.25.049 - Appendix A - Council Public Meeting Extract C17-23.pdf3.SRPBS.25.049 - Appendix B - Draft OPA 63.pdf4.SRPBS.25.049 - Appendix C - Applicant's Affordable Housing Strategy Letter.pdf5.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 1 - Aerial Photograph(1).pdf6.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 2 - Official Plan Schedule A2 - Land Use.pdf7.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 3 - Existing Zoning.pdf8.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 4 - Original Proposed Site Plan.pdf9.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 5 - Revised Proposed Site Plan.pdf10.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 6 - Revised Proposed Elevation (North).pdf11.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 7 - Revised Proposed Elevation (South).pdf12.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 8 - Revised Proposed Elevation (East).pdf13.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 9 - Revised Proposed Elevation (West).pdf14.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 10 - Revised Proposed 3D Rendering.pdf15.SRPBS.25.049 - Map 11 - Revised Proposed Landscape Plan.pdf- Referred from the May 21, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting without recommendation for Council directiona) That the revised Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications submitted by Hall Street Development Corporation for lands known as Block 1, Plan 65M-4652 (municipal address: 107 Hall Street), City Files OPA-23-0001 and ZBLA-23-0002, be approved, subject to the following: that the draft Official Plan Amendment attached as Appendix “B” to staff report SRPBS.25.049 be finalized to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Planning and Building Services and brought to a future Council meeting for consideration and adoption; that amending Zoning By-laws be brought forward to a future Council meeting, to establish site specific development standards as outlined in staff report SRPBS.25.049, all to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Planning and Building Services, for consideration and enactment; and, that pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, Council deem that no further notice be required with respect to any necessary modifications to the draft amending Zoning By-laws to implement the proposed development on the subject lands. 15.3Correspondence received regarding the Revised Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Applications submitted by Hall Street Development Corporation for 107 Hall Street - (refer to Item 15.2) 1.Correspondence from Sue Vukovic regarding 107 Hall Street.pdf2.Correspondence from Juliusz Zulauf regarding 107 Hall St Redevelopment - revised - Accessible.pdf3.Correspondence from Carolyn Burke regarding 107 Hall Street.pdf4.Correspondence from Tina Cotrupi regarding 107 Hall Street.pdf5.Correspondence from M and M Sirizzotti regarding 107 Hall Street.pdfThat the following correspondence regarding the Revised Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Applications submitted by Hall Street Development Corporation for 107 Hall Street, be received: Sue Vukovic, 96 Hall Street, dated May 20, 2025.
