SRPRS.19.113 - Removal of 880 19th Avenue from the Municipal Heritage Register - City File Number D12-14005

• Recommendation from Planning and Regulatory Services Staff:

  a) That the property located at 880 19th Avenue does not merit cultural heritage designation under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act;

  b) That 880 19th Avenue be removed from the Municipal Heritage Register.

• a) That the overview by Joanne Leung, Manager, Urban Design, and Pamela Vega, Urban Design/Heritage Planner, regarding the Property Designation Process, be received.
