That Council move into closed session:
a) To consider matters relating to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and to receive advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, related to a proposed Ontario Land Tribunal Settlement, pursuant to Sections 239(2)(e) and (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001;
b) To consider personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board, related to the agreement with the Integrity Commissioner, pursuant to Sections 239(2)(b) and (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001;
c) To consider personal matters about identifiable individuals, including municipal or local board employees, with respect to Citizen Appointments to the Accessibility Advisory Committee for the 2022 to 2026 Term of Council (Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001);
d) To consider matters related to the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and related to litigation affecting the municipality before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice - Court File No. CV-22-00002095-0000, The City of Richmond Hill ats. Regional and Local Councillor Carmine Perrelli (Section 239(2)(e) and (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25);
e) To consider matters related to the receiving of advice that is subject to: solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and related to litigation affecting the municipality before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice - Divisional Court, Court File Nos. 196/19 and 1230/20, The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill et al. ats. Karen Cilevitz (Section 239(2)(e) and (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25).
